This symbol means you too can dance! Some events are further marked 'experience required'. These are suited to people with some sort of dance experience - also see our class listings to find one near you so you can learn the basic steps and join in!

Events listed below may be associated with FDNZ, its members or affiliates, but all are bound to be heaps of fun!!

All Thursdays in October 7:30pm	All Thursdays in October – we are going round in circles with the Circle Dance Course – 5 weeks of classes + dance party on 6th November
Thursday 6 November 7:30pm	Dance Party to follow the circle dance course – Bring a plate for supper. No class fee.
Thursday 13 November 7:30pm	A fun farewell dance party for Rosa (returning to Portugal) and Charlie (moving to Nelson with her family). More details to follow later.
Thursday 20 November 7:30pm	Café Contra dance with live music from Shenanigans from Melbourne. Suitable for novices and experienced dancers alike – contra dance uses great swing music. All dances called. There will be a cover charge for the band and supper TBA.
Thursday 27 November 7:30pm	End-of-year get together and dance-themed pot luck dinner – with dancing and singing on request. Details TBA.
