Contradancewith band Chilli Jam, called by the fabulous Cashy Yates Cost: $10.00 adults/waged, $5.00 school children/unwaged, $25.00 family discount; contribution for shared supper. Season tickets also available. The first Contra Dance of 2010 is scheduled for Saturday, February 27th. Note – the venue for this dance has been changed – it will be held at the Northland Memorial Community Centre, 5 Woburn St., Northland. Also note that this is the fourth Saturday of the month, rather than the usual third Saturday of the month - this is to tie in with the visiting contra dance touring group from North Carolina. The rest of the dances in 2010 are scheduled for the usual venue – St. Michael’s Church Hall in Kelburn. Most are on the 3rd Saturday, but there are some exceptions … see below Usual Venue: St. Michael's Church Hall in Kelburn (corner of Upland Road and St. Michael's Crescent).
